The Livonia Franklin Patriots played 7 periods of hockey against the Wildcats, from 2/01 through 2/02, without scoring a goal.  Livonia Franklin is also former Wildcat's Head Coach Dan Phelps former home - he was an asst. coach and also attended school there.  Coach Zarem is also a Franklin Alumni -- but was there a few years before Coach Phelps!
All 3 Goals by 3 Tri-Captains in First Ever Game vs. Brother Rice 01-02  Tri-Captains Adam Haberman, Robbie Harrell and Jared Perras scored all three goals in Novi's first ever game vs. Brother Rice 11/23/01.
Longest Game in State Playoff History 3/7/01 vs. Sault Saint Marie at Flint IMA in state semi-finals.  4 over-times!
The Robby's game: 2 Hat-Tricks in First Conference Game of the Year 01-02  Robbie Harrell and Robby Overfield each had a hat-trick in Novi's 10 - 2 victory over South Lyon in the season's conference opener on 11/28/01.
