I’m FAMEous!

Have you even had those dreams of becoming a famous singer, dancer, writer, actor, or sports star? Well, there are 50 kids scattered throughout Novi High School whose dreams are about to come true; sort of. This Thursday, April 15th, 2010 these students will become FAMEous.

At 7:00 p.m. when the curtain opens in the Fuerst Auditorium at Novi High School, the Novi Creative Arts Collaborative will debut their hard work and talented actors, singers, dancers, musicians, and crews with FAME: The Musical.

With auditions taking place earlier this year the cast has been hard at working memorizing lines and perfecting dance moves, simultaneous to the crews setting up for the big show.

While acting, singing, and dancing might not be taken seriously to some people, the dedication that these students have put into this show, will certainly be a site to see. Whether your best friend, or your worst enemy are in the cast, showing your support for something that they love to do is important.

So grab ten dollars from your wallet and take it to school with you this week. Buy a ticket during all lunches. The shows all start at 7:00pm on Thursday April 15th, Friday April 16th, and Saturday April 17th. If you miss your chance to buy tickets at lunch during school, don’t worry, there will be tickets available at the door.

Don’t miss your chance to see all the FAMEous kids at school, because it could be the only chance we get to see these kids before they are swept off to Hollywood someday.
